WTO原则对我国信息产业立法的影响及思考
Impacts of WTO Principles on the Legislation of Information Industry in China
【摘要】 WTO的基本法律原则,既是构建WTO协议的基石,也是经济全球化的法律指南。我国信息产业立法是一种以WTO规则为参考背景的开放型"变法"。我国信息产业的立法体系可从信息产业行业法规、信息产业行政管理法规、信息产业市场法规等方面来考虑。参考文献7。
【Abstract】 WTO’ s basic legal principles are both the basis for the WTO agreements and the legal guidelines for the economic globalization. In this paper, the author proposes some ideas for the legislation of information industry in China. 7 refs.
