【摘要】 《中图法》编委会在2002年2月起诉海洋出版社侵犯《中图法》的著作权。经过两年维权斗争,最终以《中图法》编委会不具备民事诉讼法规定的“其他组织”,依法不能提起诉讼为由,被法院驳回上诉。鉴此,对《中图法》编委会改制势在必行。如何完善我国的法人制度,如何使类似《中图法》这样的工具书著作权能够得到合理保护,值得法学界思考。参考文献7。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2002, the Editorial Board of Chinese Library Classification sued the Ocean Press for it’s infringement of the copyright of the CLC Editorial Board. The failure of the litigation indicates that we should reorganize the CLC Editorial Board and get a "corporate body" status.
