【摘要】 按照部门组织设计中部门技术框架理论,当今大学图书馆应设立的文献资源建设、信息服务和技术保障三个部门,均会受到技术例行性和技术依存性的影响。文献资源建设部门表现为技艺性技术和序列性依存,信息服务部门表现为例行性技术和集合性依存,技术保障部门则表现为工程性技术和相互性依存。高校馆在调配员工时应充分考虑这些部门的技术特点。图3。表1。参考文献5。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the framework theory of department technology in departmental organizationdesign, the three departments respectively for document resource development, information services andtechnical supports in present university libraries are affected by technical routine and technical dependency.
