【Abstract】 AIM:To study microwave assisted extraction of Curcumin METHOD:Using microwave assisted extraction by the orthogonal experimental design RESULT:Microwave assisted extracting optimum conditions by the orthogonal experimental design are as follows:the microwave assisted extracting factor is 1∶50;the temperature is 60 ℃,the time is 30 min and the power is 200 W CONCLUSION:Microwave assisted extraction can significantly improve the extracted ratio of Curcumin.更多还原
