【摘要】 目的 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,研究并建立藏药柳茶药材的指纹图谱。方法 :采用岛津公司CLC ODS柱 (6 0mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,甲醇 0 1%磷酸 (33∶6 7)洗脱 ;流速 1 0ml/min ;检测波长 2 2 0nm。 结果 :所得的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好 ,基线平整 ,达到指纹图谱的要求。结论 :采用HPLC指纹图谱可以控制藏药柳茶药材的质量更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study and establish the fingerprint of Sibiraea angustata by RP HPLC.METHOD: The chromatographic conditions were as follows:a CLC ODS column(6 0 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used;the mobile phase was methanol -0 1% phosphate(33∶67);the flow rate was 1 0 ml/min and the UV absorbance detection was set at 220 nm RESULT:Under the selected chromatographic conditions,good HPLC fingerprints of Sibiraea angustata were obtained CONCLUSION: Quality of Sibiraea angustata can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprint更多还原
