【Abstract】 The experiments were conducted to investigate the occurrence of sugarcane ratoon stunting disease in Guangxi province.The results showed that different sugarcane varieties infected by sugarcane ratoon stunting disease are widespread in Guangxi province,and the disease occurrence is related to the sugarcane varieties and ratooning.Furthermore,sugarcane ratoon stunning disease pathogen can be rapidly detected by means of television phase contrast microscope and PCR.更多还原
