【Abstract】 As a weak part in construction field of our country, an effective administration system has not been set up yet. Described here is the necessity to set up project risk administration system, as well as the considerations to set up project guarantee and project insurance systems which tally with our country’s conditions in the light of international practice. Experiences of project risk administration have been accumulated with the practices of project guarantee system and project insurance system in Shanghai Xinjiangwan city land development project using FIDIC provision in accordance of requirements of the World Bank.更多还原
