城市污水处理厂采用沼气鼓风机的可行性验证

【摘要】 该文介绍青岛市团岛污水处理厂以沼气鼓风机替代传统的电动鼓风机用于生物池曝气。以具体的数据统计和经济分析,1台沼气鼓风机与1台电动鼓风机相比,可减少用电量41%,降低污水处理成本0.24元/m3。以年运转率75%计,3年可收回沼气鼓风机的先期投入费。说明城市污水处理厂在保证产沼质量的条件下,采用沼气鼓风机是完全可行的,可以取得较高的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Introduced hereby is the application of methane air blower instead of traditional electric air blower for aeration of biological tank in Qingdao Tuandao Sewage Treatment Plant. The data statistics and economic analysis show that comparing with an electric air blower, a methane air blower would reduce power consumption by 41% and reduce the cost of sewage treatment by 0.24 yuan/m3, and with 75% as annual operational rate, the primary investment of methane air blower would be recouped in 3 years. It shows that the application of methane air blower in urban sewage treatment plant is feasible and a good benefit is ensured providing that the quality of methane is good.
