聚丙烯纤维网水泥混凝土桥面铺装层路用性能研究
On Road Service Performance of Polypropylene Fiber Net Cement Concrete Deck Paving
【摘要】 该文通过对西安市太白路立交工程桥面混凝土铺装层采用聚丙烯纤维网性能的研究,分析了聚丙烯纤维网对桥面铺装混凝土的强度、脆性、抗渗性、耐磨性、干缩以及温度收缩与弹性模量等性能的影响,探讨了聚丙烯纤维网改善桥面铺装混凝土的机理。试验结果表明桥面铺装混凝土中掺入聚丙烯纤维网能明显地降低混凝土的脆性,提高混凝土的抗折强度、耐磨性和抗渗性,可以取代防裂钢筋网(WWF)。
【Abstract】 Based on research on performance of concrete deck paving with polypropylene fiber net in Xi’an Taibai Rd grade separation project, analysis has been made on effect and improvement of polypropylene fiber net on performance of concrete paving of bridge deck. The test results show that the application of polypropylene fiber net would improve the performance of concrete deck paving and substitute for WWF.
