河北省家畜弓形虫病的流行病学调查

【摘要】 应用间接血凝试验 (IHA)对河北省家畜弓形虫病进行了检测 ,共检测猪血清 1 3 0 0份 ,其中阳性血清 4 64份 ,阳性率达 3 5 .69% ;绵羊血清 2 2 2份 ,阳性 5 7份 ,阳性率 2 5 .68% ;山羊血清 10 0份 ,阳性 10份 ,阳性率 10 .0 0 % ;牛血清 3 0份 ,阳性 8份 ,阳性率 2 6.67% ;马血清 4 3份 ,阳性 1份 ,阳性率 2 .3 3 % ;骡血清 2 8份 ,阳性 1份 ,阳性率 3 .5 7% ;驴血清 3 3份 ,阳性 2份 ,阳性率 6.0 6%

【Abstract】 Toxoplasmosis in swine, sheep, goat, horse, mule and donkey were examined using the indirect hemagglutination assay. The results showed that the positive rates of toxoplasmosis in swine, sheep, goat, horse, mule and donkey sera were 35.69%(464/1 300),25.68%(57/222),(10.00%)(10/100),26.67%(8/30),2.33%(1/43),3.57%(1/28) and 6.06%(2/33) respectively.
