【摘要】 通过对猪PBMC刺激诱导 ,提取总RNA ,然后采用RT PCR技术克隆了猪白介素 18(pIL 18)基因。序列分析结果表明 ,克隆的 pIL 18基因序列与GenBank上登录的 pIL 18基因序列完全一致 ,与其他各物种的IL 18基因间具有较大的种属差异性。该基因在国内的成功克隆为IL 18的进一步研究和开发奠定了基础更多还原

【Abstract】 After porcine PBMC was stimulated by LPS and PHA, pIL-18 gene was amplified by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in the present study. The sequence analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence of the pIL-18 gene cloned in the study shares 100% homology with that published in GenBank and differences significantly from human, mouse, cow, chicken, dog, horse, rat, sheep and turkey IL-18 gene’s sequences, which were published in GenBank.更多还原
