【Abstract】 Contents of cAMP and cGMP in alcohol-positive milk were determined in the expenment. The results showed that concentration of cAMP in alcohol-positive milk was significantly higher than that of cAMP in alcohol-negative milk, concentration of cGMP in alcohol-positive milk was significantly lower than that of cGMP in alcohol-negative milk and cAMP/cGMP in alcohol-positive milk was higher than that in alcohol-negative milk. It could be concluded from the above-mentioned results that alcohol-positive milk syndrome in cow results from abnormality in cellular regulation.更多还原
