双乙酸钠对鸡血液生理生化指标的影响

【摘要】 将 15只临床健康、日龄相同的岭南黄公鸡随机分为 3组 ,每组 5只 ,并分别饲喂不加双乙酸钠的基础日粮、含双乙酸钠 2 g/kg和 4 g/kg的日粮 ,饲喂 2 1d。饲喂结束后 ,颈静脉放血采集血样 ,测定血清中 13项生理生化指标。结果表明 ,试验鸡与对照鸡的生理生化指标大多无显著差异 ,表明饲料中添加 4 g/kg以下的双乙酸钠对鸡机体的多数内脏器官无损伤

【Abstract】 healthy Lingnan chickens, whose ages in day are identical, were divided into 3 groups, that was 5 chickens per group. After chickens in group 1,2 and 3 had been fed with the (basal) diet, the (basal) diet containing 2 g/kg natrium biacetate, and the basal diet containing 4 g/kg natrium biacetate (respectively) for 21 days, 13 physiological and biochemical indices in sera of the mentioned-above chickens were determined. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the indices of group 1 and that of group 2 and 3, i.e. it did not do damage to most of entrails organs of chickens that 2 or 4 (g/kg) (natrium) biacetate was added to the basal diet.
