锥形双螺杆三维实体造型的研究及其开发应用
Research in 3D Solid Modeling of Conical Twin-Screw
【摘要】 通过对锥形双螺杆基本结构及几何参数的分析 ,参照啮合异向双螺杆端面曲线的形成原理 ,借助CAD的VBA三维造型及计算分析功能 ,分析研究了锥形双螺杆各个功能段的构型特征及其造型创建时的程序驱动 ,并通过VisualBasic 6.0与AutoCAD的动态链接 ,完成了对AutoCAD绘图命令的参数化控制 ,方便有效地实现了锥形双螺杆三维实体造型和二维工程图绘制的人机交互。
【Abstract】 According to the analysis of the geometry configuration and parameter of conical twin-screw and referring to the intermeshing mechanism of counter-rotating twin-screw,the configuration feature of each section of conical twin-screw and it’s computer programs in forming the 3D solid modeling are analyzed. And the AutoCAD’s drawing model-place is executed in the circumstance of Visual Basic6.0,and the parametrically drawing and modeling are under the control of a friendly User Interface,which is availably realized by using VB programs.
