单螺杆精密挤出机并联式稳压系统的研究
Study on the Parallel Pressure Stabilization Apparatus for Single Screw Extruders
【摘要】 介绍了精密挤出及精密挤出设备的研究现状。一种新型的单螺杆并联式稳压装置的工作原理及数学模型的建立和MathCAD计算的结果 ,在模拟计算的基础上 ,进行了多次实验 ,采集的数据分析与计算结果相近 ,证明了该装置有实际应用的前景和价值
【Abstract】 The precise extrusion and the related machinery were reviewed. A new design for parallel pressure stabilization systems for single screw extruders was presented. A mathematical model was established based on the polymer conveying theory and simulation calculation was carried out with MathCAD. PE HD was selected to perform the experiments and the data was compared with the simulation. The results show that the system is efficient to achieve stable output and pressure for extrusion.
