马来酸酐接枝POE对PA6/纳米CaCO3复合材料性能的影响
Polyamide 6/Nano-CaCO3/Ethylene-Octenecopolymer-Grafted-Maleic Anhydride Alloys
【摘要】 研究了马来酸酐接枝POE(POE g MAH)对PA6/纳米CaCO3 复合材料力学性能的影响。SEM分析表明 :部分纳米CaCO3 粒子均匀分散在PA6基体中 ,部分纳米CaCO3 粒子为POE g MAH所包覆形成壳 -核结构。随着基体中纳米CaCO3 的增加 ,PA6/纳米CaCO3 /POE g MAH发生脆 -韧转变所需要的弹性体量增加。在脆 -韧转变区后 ,纳米CaCO3 和POE g MAH对PA6的增韧有显著的协同作用 ,其原因可能是壳 -核结构中的填料粒子的“滚珠”作用使断裂应变增加。复合材料的拉伸屈服强度随纳米CaCO3 的增加而略有下降。纳米CaCO3 的加入使复合材料的热变形温度有所提高。
【Abstract】 PA6/nano-CaCO 3/POE-g-MAH composites were prepared. SEM showed that a fraction of nano-CaCO 3 particles were coated with POE-g-MAH to form a core-shell structure.The higher the nano-CaCO 3 content,the greater amount the POE-g-MAH was needed to achieve a brittle-ductile transition.There was a synergetic toughening effect between the nano-CaCO 3 and the POE-g-MAH on PA6,which may be due to the "bearing effect" of the CaCO 3 particles.While nano-CaCO 3 increased the thermal deformation temperature,the tensile strength was somewhat decreased.
