以玉米为原料开发多菌种微生态制剂的研究

【摘要】 以玉米为基础原料,采用全酶法糖化工艺进行液化、糖化,然后接种适宜的乳酸菌进行发酵。发酵后的固形物通过真空冷冻干燥制得乳酸菌活菌制剂。本研究确定了最佳发酵工艺,促生长物质及冻干保护剂。

【Abstract】 Liquefaction and saccharification were carried out by all-enzymatic method, using maize as raw materisl, then the fermentation was carried out by suitable lactobacillus addition. The living bacteria preparation was prepared from solid material included in fermentation liguor through vacuum freeze drying. The optimal fermentation condition was found out, the growth improver and protective agent in freeze drying were decided in this study.
