【摘要】 目的　探讨早期动态增强CT扫描对卵巢良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法　对广州市第二人民医院 2 0 0 0年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 1 2月经手术和病理证实的 5 8例卵巢肿瘤动态增强CT扫描结果进行回顾性分析。结果　良性肿瘤 2 5例 ,一般强化 4例 (1 6 0 %)。交界性肿瘤 8例 ,一般强化 7例 (87 5 %) ,1例无强化。其与良性肿瘤比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (χ2 =1 0 91 1 ,P <0 0 0 1 )。恶性肿瘤 2 5例 ,明显强化 2 2例 ,无强化者 3例 ,强化率为 88 0 %。其中早期 (动脉期、毛细血管期 )强化 2 0例 (80 0 %) ,与良性肿瘤比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (χ2 =2 3 1 5 7,P <0 0 0 1 )。术前经动态增强CT扫描对卵巢肿瘤进行良恶性定性诊断 ,与术后病理诊断符合者 5 3例 ,诊断符合率为 91 4 %。结论　动态增强CT扫描能为良恶性卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供有价值的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of early phase dynamic contrast-enhanced CT images in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods Early phase dynamic enhanced CT imaging findings in 58 patients with histopathologically proved ovarian tumors were analyzed retrospectively.Of all the 58 cases,25 cases were benign tumor and 25 malignant ones and 8 borderline tumors.Results In 25 benign tumors,CT scanning showed a slight enhancement only in 4 cases(16 0%)due to chronic pelvic infection;in 25 malignant tumors,22 cases(88 0%)were contrast-enhanced;in 8 borderline tumors,7(87 5%)were enhanced at different levels.There were significant differences between both benign and malignant tumors(P<0 001)and benign and borderline tumors(P<0 001);but no significant difference between malignant and borderline tumors(P>0 05).53 cases were diagnosed as malignancies,the accuracy of diagnosis being 91 4%.Conclusion Early phase dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scanning may provide valuable information in differentiating diagnosis of ovarian neoplasmas.更多还原
