【摘要】 目的　探讨左炔诺孕酮硅胶棒对应用者后代细胞遗传学的影响。方法　 1997年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 12月沈阳市生殖医学中心等检测了平均埋棒 3 86年、取药 1 0 1年后妊娠夫妇的后代及正常夫妇的后代染色体随体联合发生率及细胞分裂指数。结果　观察组和对照组染色体随体联合率的平均值比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,淋巴细胞分裂指数的平均值在统计学上差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但由于观察组淋巴细胞分裂指数平均值高于对照组 ,所以在统计学上虽然有意义 ,却无临床意义。结论　左炔诺孕酮硅胶棒对应用者后代不产生潜在的细胞遗传学损伤效应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of silastic capsules of levonorgestrel subdermal implants on the cytogenetics of progeny.Methods We examined the ratio of chromosome satellite association and the mitotic index of the progeny,whose mother included the women used silastic capsules of levonorgestrel subdermal for 3 86 years,pregnancy occurred 1 01 year after implants withdrawn and the normal women as control.Results The average ratio of the chromosome satellite association did not show any statistical significance between the two groups (P>0 05),and the average ratio of the lymphocytic mitotic index showed marked statistical diversity (P<0 05).The study group’s lymphocytic mitotic index was higher than that of the control’s,which was not significant in clinic,although it was significant in statistics.Conclusion The results of this study confirmed that silastic capsules of levonorgestrel subdermal implants has not any potential cytogenetic effects on users’ progenies.更多还原
