【摘要】 目的　探讨妊娠合并乙肝病毒感染影响妊娠结局的因素。方法　采用回顾性方法分析了 1989年 1月至 1992年 12月期间 183例妊娠期存在乙肝病毒感染者的妊娠结局。结果　 (1)妊娠合并乙肝病毒感染各并发症的发生率 :胎膜早破 2 1 3 1% ,早产 12 0 2 % ,妊高征 10 3 8% ,胎儿窘迫 12 0 2 % ,产后出血 3 2 3 % ,新生儿窒息 10 3 8% ;(2 )妊娠合并乙肝病毒感染有肝功能异常组与肝功能正常组相比其早产 (2 8 17% )、妊高征(2 2 54% )、胎儿窘迫 (2 5 3 5% )、产后出血 (8 45% )发生率均明显增高 ,新生儿出生体重则明显降低。结论　妊娠合并乙肝病毒感染 ,易发生胎膜早破、早产、妊高征、胎儿窘迫及产后出血 ,肝功能异常对这些妊娠并发症的发生有显著影响。应重视该类病例的治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pregnancy outcome in wom en with hepatitis B infection. Methods The clinical data of 183 cases with hepatitis B infection during pregnancy from January 1989 to December 1992 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidences of pregnancy complication are:premature rupture of membranes,21 3%;p reterm birth,12 02%;pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH),10 38%;fetal distress, 12 02%;newborn asphyxia,10 38%;postpartum haemorrhagia,3 23%.Compared with th e group of normal hepatic function,the incidences of pregnancy complication in t he hepatic dysfunction group were higher,but the infant birth weight lower. Conclusion The pregnancy with hepatitis B virus infection more frequently results in premat ure rupture of membrane,preterm birth,PIH,fetal distress and postpartum haemorr hagia.Hepatic dysfunction may affect the outcome of pregnancy.Intensive car e should be paid to such patients.更多还原
