可持续发展水利的生态学分析

【摘要】 生态学的整体、平衡和协调、竞争共生、循环再生等原理为可持续发展水利提供了生态学理论依据。我国治水思路的发展过程体现了人类与生态环境协调发展、“人与自然平衡”的生态适应过程。本文阐明了可持续发展水利的生态学内涵 ,提出水资源和水环境承载能力研究是可持续发展水利要解决的两个关键生态问题。基于生态学理论中人与自然协调发展的理念 ,提出可行的保障可持续发展水利实施的生态学措施。

【Abstract】 Ecological theories such as integer, balance and coordination, competition and intergrowth, circulation and regeneration,provide the foundation for sustainable development of water resources. The progress in water resources governance in China embodies the thought of coordinated development of man and environment. It is an ecological accommodation process. The paper explains the ecological connotation of sustainable development of water resources. Water resources carrying capacity and water environment carrying capacity are the two key ecological issues for water resources sustainability. Based on the ecological theory, the paper brings forward some ecological measures to ensure the implementation of sustainable development of water resources.
