【Abstract】 In the process of promoting sustainable development to move forward from theoretical study towards practical operation, it is necessary to make clear what is the basic goal of sustainable development and to draw up its behavior norms. This paper states that the continuous improvement of living standard, the sustained development of production capacity and the steady improvement of environment (for the Common Development of Life, Production and Environment,for short) should be made as the basic goal and behavior norms of sustainable development, and then further explanations are given to the statement.更多还原
