代理人有效努力程度的测算方法和激励合同的设计
A Calculation Method for an Agent’s Effective Effort Degreeand Design of Incentive Contract
【摘要】 本文提出根据管理有效性和管理贡献率的研究,能够定量测算代理人的有效努力程度,并根据测算结果建立一种具有操作性的最优激励合同。
【Abstract】 The method for calculating the degree of an agent’s effective effort on the basis of an investigation of management effect and management contribution rate is put forward in this paper.And it is also advanced a mode of optimal incentive contract.
