主要发达国家食品安全监管体系研究

【摘要】 目前我国把"食品安全"列为国家中长期科技规划的重要问题之一来研究。西方发达国家对该领域的认识和研究普遍早于发展中国家,积累了丰富的经验。本文对美国、欧盟、日本和加拿大等国和地区在食品安全立法、监管体系、管理方式以及转基因食品安全管理等方面的情况进行了分析与述评,以期为完善我国食品安全监管体系提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 China has taken food safety as an important issue in the Middle and Long Term Science and Technology Planning.Generally speaking, developed countries started to concentrate on tackling the issue of food safety much earlier than developing countries and have accumulated rich experience in this connection.This paper focuses on making a comprehensive analysis and a survey of food safety legislations, monitor systems, management patterns and genetically modified food (GMF) managements in U.S.A, Japan, European Union, and Canada.This paper is expected to be helpful to the establishment of a food safety management system in our country.
