【摘要】 目的分析椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效欠佳原因。方法对16例疗效欠满意患者术后行X片、CT或MRI影像学检查。结果16例患者中,手术适应证选择不当2例,术中神经根损伤1例,术中定位错误1例,髓核摘除不完全2例,并发椎间盘炎3例,术后再次复发6例,合并椎管狭窄2例,腰椎不稳1例。结论严格掌握好手术适应证,具备娴熟的操作技巧,减少术中失误,强化无菌操作,术后督导康复训练是提高椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analysis the cause of unsatisfied curative effect of operation on lumbar dise herniation using posterior MED system. Methods: Sixteen patients with unsatisfied curative effect had been reviewed for x-ray film, CT scan or MRI findings. Results: Of the patients, 2 patients were identified unsuitable indication, 1 with nerve root injury, 1 with mistake operation segment, 2 with remained degenative disc, 3 with lumbar discitis, 6 with recurring disc herniation, 2 with spinal stenosis, 1 with lumbar spinal instability. Conclusion: The effective measures to evaluate clinical results need the operator should select the indications strictly and have skilled technique to reduce surgical mistake, in addition, surgical bacteria infection and indicating exercise are necessary.更多还原
