【摘要】 目的研究纤维支气管镜在肺不张病因诊断方面的价值。方法对112例肺不张进行回顾性病因分析。结果112例肺不张纤支镜的病因检出分别是肿瘤43例(38.39%)、炎症34例(30.36%)、结核21例(18.75%)、异物5例(4.46 %)、原因不明9例(8.04%)。确诊103例,确诊率91.96%。结论纤支镜对肺不张的病因诊断确诊率高,简单易行且安全可靠,应及早介入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the value of etiologic diagnostic of atelectasis in lung fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods: To analyze 112 cases pulmonary atelectasis. Results: The final causes of 112 cases pulmonary atelectasis were tumor in 43 cases (38.39%), inflammation in 34 cases (30.36%), tuberculosis in 21 cases (18.75%), foreign bodies in 5 cases (4.46%), not clear causes in 9 cases (8.04%). 103 cases were found final cause. The rate of final causes was 91.96%. Conclusion: Bronchofiberscopy for pulmonary atelectasis. It is safe and simple and that must be used as early as possible.更多还原
