【摘要】 目的探讨复式脉冲HB-V型低能量体外碎石机治疗肾结石的治疗效果及并发症。方法采用复式脉冲HB-ESWL-VG型低能量碎石机治疗直径<2.0 cm的各类肾结石467例,治疗工作电压3~9 kV,平均冲击次数2 300次。结果467例肾结石患者中,上中盏结石排净率89.5%,复打率为13.2%;下盏结石的排净率81.6%,复打率为17.4%。肾盂结石粉碎率98.6%,排净率92.9%,复打率5.7%。结论复式脉冲低能量ESWL治疗肾结石,具有治疗成功率高,复打率低的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficiency and complications of twin pulse low-energy lithotripter on renal calculi. Methods: Patients of renal calculi whose stones was < 2.0 cm in diameter were treated by twin pulse low-energy lithotripter from Sep 2001 to Apr 2003 in our hospital, treatment voltage was 3~9 Kv, the average number of shock wave was 2 300. Results: Of 467 renal calculus cases, the stone-free rate after ESWL of upper-pole and midpole calyceal stones was 89.5% and re-treatment rate was 13.2%; the stone-free rate of low-pole calyceal stones was 81.6% and re-treatment rate was 17.4%; that of renal pelvic calculi was 92.9% and 5.7%. Conclusions: The treatment of renal calculi with twin pulse low-energy lithotripter is effective method with less re-treatment.更多还原
