【摘要】 目的探讨纤维鼻咽镜与CT对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。方法通过对以颈部包块(A组)、颅神经损害(B组)、耳鼻征(C组)为主要临床表现的40例NPC进行纤维鼻咽镜与CT检查并对比分析。结果A、B、C组鼻咽内肿瘤阳性率两种检查分别为73.7%、78.6%、71.4%及63.2%、42.9%、57.1%(P>0.05)。CT检查咽旁间隙受侵为82.5%,B组、A组颅底破坏检出率为71.4%、15.8%(P<0.05)。结论纤维鼻咽镜与CT联合应用对NPC的准确诊断、正确分期、合理治疗具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value in diagnosing examined by nasopharygo-fiberscope and CT for Nasophryngeal Carcinoma (NPC). Methods: 40 cases incoluding A group of symptom of neck lymphnode and B group of cranial never palsy and C group of symptom of ear or nose examined by nasopharygo-fiberscope and CT were analysed. Results: Positive rate of nasophryngeal mass for A, B, C groups were 73.7%, 78.6%, 71.4% by nasopharygo-fiberscope and 63.2%, 42.9%, 57.1% by CT (P>0.05). Overal positive rate of paranasopharyngeal space extension was 82.5% and invasion of skull base for A group and B group was 71.4%, 15.8% by CT (P<0.05). Conclusion: The examination by nasopharygo-fiberscope and CT is very helpful in accurate staging, diagnosis, therapy for NPC.更多还原
