【摘要】 目的观察金属钛夹治疗急性消化道出血的疗效。方法2001年6月~2003年9月随机急性消化道出血行急诊胃镜检查发现出血灶和内镜下治疗后即时大出血患者共计48例。其中男38例,女10例。上消化道出血30例,下消化道出血18例,发现出血灶后立即行钛夹止血,最多7枚,最少2枚,平均枚3.5枚。结果48例共使用金属钛夹163枚,48h后再出血1例(金属钛夹已脱落),再经内镜下钛夹止血成功。总有效率100%。结论金属钛夹对急性血管性消化道出血是一种有效的止血方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of metal titanic in treatmet of acute gastrointestnal tract bleeding. Methods: From June, 2001 to September, 2003, a total 48 cases with acute gastrointestnal tract bleeding was diagnosed by emergency ednoscope or occurred by endoscope therapy (male, 38 cases; femal, 10 cases) 30 cases of upper and 18 cases for lower gastrointestinal tract bleeding were treated by metal clip after diagnosis. Results: 163 clips were used in 48 cases and 7 at most, 2 least, average 3.5 for each patient. Bleeding recurrence was only one case after 48 hours because of clip amotio and then stopped by endoscopic metal clip again. Hematostatic efficacy was 100%. Conclusion: Metal clip to treat gastrointestinal bleeding with blood vessel turns to be a safe and effective measure and could be widespread used to clinic applicacion.更多还原
