【摘要】 目的推广输尿管上段结石的最佳治疗方法。方法回顾性分析经皮肾输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石83例的临床资料。结果83例输尿管上段结石均一次性取石成功。结论经皮肾输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石具有微创、出血少、可重复、恢复快、安全可靠的优点,值得临床大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Spread the best cured method in the upper ureternal stone. Methods: Retrospectively analysis the clinical materials (83 cases) of upper ureteral stone curred by percutaneous renal ureteroscope air-pressure lithotripsy. Results: All upper ureteral stone were successfully taken out. Conclusions: PNL+URL is characteristics of minimally invasive, little amount of bleeding, available use, rapid recover and safety.
