【摘要】 目的探讨表面浸润麻醉下冷刀切开对尿道狭窄的治疗。方法回顾性总结在2002年6月~2003年12月,在黏膜表面浸润麻醉下行冷刀切开治疗6例尿道狭窄的体会。结果6例手术均一次成功。4例在30min内完成,2例约60min完成。术后仅1例定期扩张,随访3个月~2年均排尿通畅。结论经黏膜表面浸润麻醉下行冷刀切开治疗尿道狭窄的方法可以在临床上广泛运用,其优点是安全,方便,不需要住院或住院时间短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate directing vision internal urethrotomy with cold knife using topical anaesthsia for urethral stricture. Methods: It was summed up that the experience of directing vision internal urethrotomy with cold knife using topical anaesthsia for urethral stricture from June of 2002 to December of 2003. Results: All of six procedures were succsess. 4 cases had been done in 30 minutes, 2 cases about 60 minutes. One case had dilated regularly after operation. All of the patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months. Urinatary flowing was good. Conlusion: It is good, widely doing procedure that direct vision internal urethrotomy with cold knife using topical anaesthsia for urethral stricture. The benefit is safty, easy to do and don′t stay or stay short time in hospital.更多还原
