【摘要】 目的　探讨小体积前列腺增生所致膀胱颈梗阻的理想治疗方法。方法　自 2 0 0 1年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年5月行经尿道前列腺切除加膀胱颈内切开术 (TURP +TUIBN)治疗小体积前列腺增生所致膀胱颈梗阻 32例。结果　TURP +TUIBN术后症状消失或明显改善 ,IPSS评分由术前 (2 4 .3± 6 .7)降到术后 (6 .6± 1.9) ,QOU评分由术前 (3.9± 0 .9)降到术后 (1.5± 0 .4 ) ,Qmax由术前 (8.9± 5 .3)ml/s升到术后 (19.1± 3.2 )ml/s。结论　TURP +TUIBN是治疗小体积前列腺增生所致膀胱颈出口梗阻较为理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce an optimal treatment for bladder neck obstruction caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) of relative small volume.Methods: From April 2001 to May 2003 ,32 patients were treated with TURP plus TUIBN. Results: The mean score of IPSS of the patients treated with TURP plus TUIBN decreased from (24.3±6.7) (pre-operative) to (6.6±1.9) (post-operative), the mean score of QOU decreased from (3.9±0.9) (pre-operative) to (1.5±0.9) (post-operative) and the mean Qmax increased from (8.9±5.3)ml/s (pre-operative) to (19.1±3.2)ml/s(post-operative). Conclusions:TURP plus TUIBN proves to be better for the management of with bladder neck obstruction caused by BPH of relative small volume.更多还原
