新型钼系低温脱氢催化剂的催化机理、制备方法及其性能优化
MECHANISM,PREPARATION AND FINE PROPERTIES OF NEW Mo-Fe-K-Ce-Zn CATALYST FOR LOW TEMPERATURE DEHYDROGENATION
【摘要】 在Mo-Fe-K-Ce金属氧化物体系中添加适量的ZnO,可使脱氢活性相(KFe11O17)的形成温度降低50℃以上,从而使得乙苯脱氢生成苯乙烯的反应温度下降了5~18℃。新研制的Mo-Fe-K-Ce-Zn系催化剂具有较佳的机械强度、耐水性能和稳定性,可以在工业装置上应用。
【Abstract】 It was found that addition of just the right moment ZnO to Mo-Fe-K-Ce metal oxide system can lower the formative temperature of the active phase for dehydrogenation (KFe 11O 17),by more than 50 ℃,and thus decrease the ethylbenzene dehydrogenation temperature by 5~18 ℃.This new type Mo-Fe-K-Ce-Zn catalyst for dehydrogenation have fine mechanical strength,property against moisture and stability for ethylbenzene dehydrogen-ation reaction.It will be applied to industrial equipment.
