【Abstract】 This article deals with the historical development of the large system of civil aviation, which consisted of aircraft,aerodrome and air traffic, There are some self-limitations and out of coordination during its progressing. A brief survey of air traffic regime evolution is discussed and figures out some hints for resolving capacity limitation in advance. Some new concepts and research works are quoted, which openning the way for wide utilization of airspace resources, it seems meaningful and beneficial for future trend studying.更多还原
