薄壁杆件连接部位疲劳寿命计算与试验研究
Fatigue Life Calculation & Fatigue Test Analysis of Thin-wall Bar in Longitudinal Joint Area
【摘要】 通过铆接结构组合件的疲劳寿命计算和试验,研究了两薄壁杆件连接部位沿杆件纵向紧固件个数对结构疲劳寿命的影响。研究结果表明:当进行薄壁杆件的连接强度设计时,在满足静强度连接要求下,沿杆件纵向每行设计4~6个紧固件,可使连接部位具有较好的疲劳品质。
【Abstract】 Through a strength test and calculation of the parts riveted in order to be integrated in the structure,the author researches and appraises the influence,imposed by numbers of fasteners riveted on bars in between two shells along a longititude direction,upon the fatigue life of the structure.The result shows when calculating the strength of riveted bars inside shell or shell-like walls,the author found that in a static condition, four to six fastener riveted along the longititude may have enough strength to sustain its fatigue life.
