【摘要】 目的　比较 3种实验动物的眼睫状肌结构 ,以确定与人睫状肌结构最为相近的实验动物。方法　解剖 3种动物的眼球 ,对其睫状体组织进行切片染色 ,在光镜下观察睫状肌的结构。结果　兔和大鼠的睫状肌数量少 ,发育差 ;树睫状肌完整 ,发育良好。结论　在 3种动物中 ,树睫状肌组织与人睫状肌组织最为相近更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo confirm a quite similar ciliary musc le of experimental animal to human, the structure of ciliary muscle was compared i n three animals METHODSThe eyeballs were anatomized and the s ections of ciliary bodies were observed by light microscope RESULTSThe quantity of ciliary muscle is more in the tree shrews than in the rabb its and rats,and the growth of ciliary muscle is better in the ciliary bodies of tree shrew than in the rabbits CONCLUSIONCiliary muscle of tree shrew is the most similar to human in the three animals更多还原
