【摘要】 本文报告8例KAT性腮腺炎病例,患者长时间反复咀嚼KAT,其植物叶碎末长期贮存在口腔一侧颊部,造成腮腺导管口不完全阻塞,引起腮腺导管扩张和病变。在不同阶段,采用腮腺导管切除及腮腺导管结扎的方法,取得较好疗效,感染源有效控制,症状明显缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reported eight cases with KAT parotitis .All the patients chewed KAT ,then this plant leaves were left in one side of the cheek for a long time,resulting in parotid tract incompletely obstructed.Resection or ligation of the parotid tract was used to treat the patients with good results.更多还原
