【摘要】 目的:探讨急性脑卒中早期综合康复治疗的远期疗效。方法:采用横断面调查的方法,对照观察早期综合康复治疗平均4.5年后病人的神经功能恢复等情况。结果:治疗组出院时及横断面调查时的神经功能、运动功能、生活能力均较对照组明显改善,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01);两组死亡率、脑卒中再发率和认知障碍发生率比较差别无显著意义(P>0.05);两组出院后的治疗情况、卒中后抑郁的发生率比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:急性脑卒中早期综合康复治疗具有肯定的远期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the long efficacy of early comprehensive rehabilitation on patients with acute stroke.Method:We investigated the recovery of nervous function in acute stroke patients after 4.5years(mean) treatment by means of transect survey.Result:The patients in treated group appeared superior recovery of nervous function, motional function and ability of daily living than in controlled group,the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01). There were no significant differences of mortality,incidence of stroke and incidence of cognitional disorder between two groups(P>0.05).The difference between two groups on both continuous treatment out hospital and incidence of post-stroke depression were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of early comprehensive rehabilitation to acute stroke appears surely long efficacy.Author′s address Department of Nervous Rehabilitation, 6th Hospital, Guangzhou,510655更多还原
