电针对穹隆——海马伞损伤老年痴呆大鼠学习记忆行为影响的实验研究
An experimental study of acupuncture effects in dementia senile model rats
【摘要】 目的探讨电针改善老年痴呆大鼠学习记忆行为的效果。方法采用损伤穹隆—海马伞的方法造成胆碱能系统损害学习记忆障碍痴呆模型。记录大鼠从迷宫起点游到终点所需要的时间和途中进入盲端的错误次数,作为衡量大鼠学习记忆能力的指标,选取百会、涌泉穴位等进行电针治疗。结果发现穹隆—海马损伤后严重影响到大鼠的学习记忆能力。经电针治疗后,电针组大鼠的平均终点游出时间与平均错误次数均较模型组明显减少,呈极显著性差异。结论电针刺激能有效改善老年痴呆的智力障碍,提高学习记忆能力。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) treatment on learning memory disorders in senile dementia rats.Method:The senile dementia model with learning-memory disorders was built by cutting off the fornix-fimbria hippocampi to damage the cholinergic system. The rats were trained to swim from the starting to terminal point in a labyrinth, during which the length of time and mistakes getting into the cecum were recorded as the index of learning-memory. Baihui(GV20) and Yongquan(KI1) were treated with EA.Result:The learning-memory ability was severely impaired by the damage of the fornix-fimbria hippocampi.In comparison with the model group, the average length of time and times of mistakes of the EA group were significantly reduced after EA treatment.Conclusion:The stimulation of EA can improve the intellectual disturbance of senile dementia and learning-memory ability significantly.Author′s address Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 610075
