【摘要】 目的确定功能综合测量量表(FCA)的信度。方法随机选取新入住康复医学科的脑卒中病例10例,其中脑出血4例,脑梗死6例,全部患者均经CT或MRI检查,诊断明确。两名评测者使用FCA量表对10例患者进行第一次评定,另一名评定员在第一次评定后48—72小时内再次使用FCA对此10例脑卒中患者进行第二次评定,用组内、组间相关性系数作为统计学指标,对评测者内部、评测者之间重测信度进行分析,以Cronbachα评价FCA的内部一致性。结果除第10项厕所轮椅转移为0.7931外,其余项目的评测者内部ICC均>0.9;除第3项洗澡为0.7865、第5项穿下衣为0.8615、第6项用厕为0.8889外,其余项目的评测者之间ICC均>0.9;FCA量表各项目以及总分的内部一致性指标Cronbachα均>0.85。结论FCA具有良好的评测者内部和评测者之间重测信度,内部一致性良好,是一信度良好的功能独立状态测量量表。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the reliability of the scale for the functional comprehensive assessment(FCA). Method:Ten stroke inpatients with hemiplegia admitted to our department of rehabilitation medicine were included in this study.There were 4 patients with cerebral haemorrhage and 6 patients with cerebral infarction proved by CT or MRI.All the 10 patients were assessed by the two raters independently using FCA at the time of admission and were assessed once more 48-72 hours after admittion by one of the raters.Intraclass correlation coefficients(ICC) and interclass corrilation coefficients(ICC) was adopted to analyze data in terms of intrarater and interrater reliability of the scale of FCA.Cronbach α was calculated to assess the internal consistency of the scale of FCA.Result:ICCs for Intrarater reliability were more than 0.9 except for that of the item of wc/wheelchair transfer which was 0.7931.For Interrater reliability, ICCs were more than 0.9 except for those of the items of bathing?dressing lower clothes and wc which were 0.7865?0.8615?0.8889 respectively.All the Cronbach αs were more than 0.85 for all the items of FCA and its total score.Conclusion:FCA have good intrarater and interrater test-retset reliability and has good internal consistency,assuring that it is a functional status scale with good reliability.Author′s address Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital,Hangzhou,310014更多还原
