【摘要】 目的:从语言、认知、影像学角度对1例纯失读症患者进行分析。方法:利用汉语版的西方失语症成套测验和波士顿诊断性失语症检查法、综合功能评定法(CFE)、其他认知能力评定法以及CT、MRI、SPECT等对纯失读症患者进行分析。结果:该纯失读症患者朗读、阅读理解、计算功能部分受损,抄写功能轻度受损。影像学提示左枕及左侧脑室后角旁损害。结论:左枕叶损害不伴胼胝体压部同时受损同样可导致纯失读症,症状和以往报道相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the linguistic, cognitive and imaging features of a pure alexia case. Method: To assess the linguistic and cognitive capacities by Chinese modified WAB, BDAE and CFE;CT, MRI and SPECT were used to evaluate the imaging characteristics. Result: Abilities of reading aloud and comprehension, calculation and copying sentence were impaired variously in this case. Imaging examinations indicated lesions of both in the left occipital lobe and beside the left posterior horn of lateral ventricle.Conclusion:Left occipital lesions, without splenium damaged,can still result in pure alexia,which is similar to the former reports.
