磁控形状记忆合金直线驱动器
Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy(MSM) Linear Actuator
【摘要】 介绍了磁控形状记忆合金在磁场作用下的形变机理 ,并测得在 0 4T的磁场下其自由形变率可达 3.6%。根据其变形机理 ,利用仿生学原理研制出了磁控形状记忆合金驱动器样机及其控制系统 ,实现了驱动器大的行程和往复运动 ,给出了相应的实验结果曲线
【Abstract】 The MSM mechanism when activated by magnetic field was introduced. Static tests show that the magnitude of strain at 0.4T is 3.6%. The MSM prototype linear actuator based on bionics theory has been made and its control system are introduced, and large displacements and alternating motions are realized. The experimental result curves were presented.
