【Abstract】 The architecture of regional network-based cooperative design and manufacturing platform had been established, with the requirement analyses of small and medium-sized enterprises from multi-sectors of local industries, and the conditions of the distributed regional technical and service resources. Then, the key techniques, the operating and managing modes of three-layer-framework system composed of the resources-navigation-platform, multi-professional technique platform and the enterprise-e-windows had been discussed. Finally, the realizing process and the running mode of the regional cooperation design and manufacture network platform system are demonstrated with the construction and implementation for one of sub-platforms to local mechanical and electronic products.更多还原
