正交切削切屑形成中绝热剪切行为的实验研究

【摘要】 通过正交切削实验 ,使用显微硬度计、金相显微镜及扫描电子显微镜(SEM) ,对两种回火硬度的结构钢 30CrNi3MoV在不同切削条件下的切屑形态和绝热剪切带内材料组织特征进行了观察和分析。研究结果表明 ,切削过程中形成了两种类型的绝热剪切带即形变带和转变带 ,随着绝热剪切带的形成和发展切屑形态发生改变。随着切削速度的增大形变带的硬度相应增加 ,而转变带内的硬度变化不大

【Abstract】 The morphology of chips and microstructure characteristics in adiabatic shear bands of the two tempering hardness types of structural steel 30CrNi 3MoV under various cutting conditions were observed and analyzed by microhardness tester, optical microscope and SEM during orthogonal cutting tests. The results of this investigation show that the two types of adiabatic shear, i.e. deformed band and transformed band, are formed in cutting process. The morphology of chips gradually changes as appearance and evolution of adiabatic shear bands. Cutting speed and tempering hardness are as two primary factors for adiabatic shear process. The microhardness values in adiabatic shear bands are much higher than that in other regions. As the cutting speed increases, the microhardness in deformed bands increases, but the microhardness in transformed bands changes a little.
