基于正运动学分析的混合驱动压力机优化设计
Optimum Design of Hybrid-driven Mechanical Press Based on Forward Kinematics Analysis
【摘要】 考虑冲压过程中压力加工工艺对滑块位移和速度特性的要求 ,将混合驱动机构用于驱动压力机 ,并对该机构进行了正运动学分析 ,建立了优化数学模型 ;通过两步优化使滑块的实际位移曲线尽量逼近理想的位移曲线 ,优化得出了各构件的尺寸和实现不同运动规律的伺服电机的运动规律 ,从而可使滑块的输出运动能实现一组较理想的轨迹 ,分析了混合驱动压力机的优点
【Abstract】 A mechanical press driven by hybrid mechanism was developed,that considered the displacements and velocity requirements of press technology. The analyses of forward kinematics and the optimum model were set up. The actual displacement curves of slide can approach to the ideal ones by two step optimum. The dimension of the linkages and the motion rules of servomotor has been optimized. Therefore, by rightly designing the input motions of servomotor, the slide can pass through a group of more desired trajectories. In the end,advantages of the hybrid-driven mechanical press were analyzed.
