带有坡口信息预先存储的全自动管道焊机研究
Study on Automatic Pipeline Welding Machine with Groove Pre-memory Information System
【摘要】 在采用了一种绝对编码式 3 60°倾角传感器作为轨道式管道焊机角度位置传感器的基础上 ,提出了焊前坡口激光扫描视频成像及其位置和宽度信息预先存储的控制方案 ,开发出了提取坡口位置及宽度等信息的硬件电路 ,在此基础上研制了具有电弧自动跟踪、焊接参数及焊枪姿态自调整系统的全自动管道焊机 ,为实现管道真正意义上的全自动焊接及均匀稳定的焊接质量奠定了重要基础。
【Abstract】 A control scheme of pipeline welding machine with laser scanning video imaging system was adopted for determining weld-groove positions and widthes before welding, and an absolute encoded 360° angle sensor was used for the position sensor of track pipeline welding machine. At the same time, a circuit used for picking-up informations of the groove positions and widthes had developed. According to the informations, an automatic pipeline welding machine with self-adjusting system was developed. which provided automatic arc tracing, welding parameter and welding gun position adjusting, It settles the crucial foundation for real automatic welding of pipelines and ensures the uniformity and stable welding quality.
