【摘要】 目的　了解中小学学校卫生人员关于艾滋病的基本知识和相关态度。方法　以问卷的方式调查广州、乌鲁木齐市中小学学校卫生人员 6 0人。其中 ,男性 10人 ,女性 50人 ,平均年龄 4 8 6 5岁 ;学历以大专和中专居多。结果　被调查人员对艾滋病传播途径 (性传播、母婴传播、经血传播 )回答的正确率在 90 %以上 ,但对于和艾滋病患者共用厕所不被感染艾滋病病毒或艾滋病、艾滋病病毒不会通过蚊虫叮咬传播、治疗艾滋病没有有效预防艾滋病的疫苗及至今没有治疗艾滋病的特效药物 ,这 4个问题的答对率分别是 6 4 3% ,32 7% ,35 7%和 50 9%。中小学卫生保健所学校卫生人员预防艾滋病知识主要来自书藉、报刊、杂志、电视及培训。结论　中小学卫生保健所学校卫生人员艾滋病的知识、态度有待提高更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the knowledge and atti tu des about AIDS among the health workers of the clinics in middle and primary sch ools MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 65 health workers of the clinics in mi ddle schools and primary schools in Guangzhou and Urumqi, Xinjiang Uigur Autono mous Region, 10 males and 50 females, aged 48 65, most of the educational leve l s of college for professional training and polytechnic school Results The cor rect answer rate of the knowledge of the 3 main transmission routes of AIDS was over 90% However, the correct answer rates of the knowledge that public toilet does not transmit HIV, that mosquito bite does not transmit HIV, that so far th ere is no effective vaccine against AIDS, and that so far there is no specific d rug against AIDS were 64 3%, 32 7%, 35 7%, and 50 9% respectively The heal th wo rkers of the clinics in middle and primary schools got their knowledge about AID S mainly from books, periodicals, TV programs, and training courses Most of th e m had the needs for training and relevant books ConclusionTh e knowledge about AIDS among the health workers of clinics of middle and primary schools in Urumqi remains to be improved更多还原
