【摘要】 目的　探讨对噪声敏感的人群心理健康是否易受噪声的不良影响 ,噪声敏感性是否可作为反映噪声引起的精神疾病易感性的一个指标。方法　监测观察组和对照组工作环境的气象条件和噪声 ,并进行一般情况、噪声敏感性、对噪声的一般性反应和精神卫生状况调查。结果　一般性噪声敏感得分和自评式噪声敏感得分 ,观察组的噪声敏感性均高于对照组 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。无论是男性还是女性 ,各项精神量表得分观察组均高于对照组。噪声一般反应得分和各精神量表分随着噪声敏感性的增高而逐渐增高 ,除了社交障碍因子分外 ,不同噪声敏感组的各量表分差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　噪声敏感性高的人群心理健康易受损害 ,提示可把噪声敏感作为反映噪声引起的精神疾病易感性的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether mental health of those w orkers w ho are sensitive to noise is vulnerable to the negative effect of nosie,and whet her noise sensitivity can become one of indexes reflecting the sensitivity of me ntal disease caused by noise.Methods Physical factors in workplace of study group and control group were monifored,and the data about general condition,noise sensitiv ity,general reactions to noise and mental health status were collected.Results The scores of both general noise sensitivity and self-report noise sensitivity showed that sensitivity of study group was higher tha n that of control group,and the differences between of the two groups were stati s tically significant(P<0.01).Regardless of male or female,the scores of eve ry metntal scale of study group were higher than those of control study.Meanwhil e ,the scores of general reactions to noise and every mental scale gradually incre ased with the augment of noise sensitivity,as well as the difference of scro es of every mental scale among different groups of noise sensitivity except in f actorial score of sociable obstaue was statistically significant (P<0.0 5).Conclusions High noise sensitivity of workers was associa ted with worse mental health,which implied that noise sensitivity could become o ne of indexes reflecting the sensitivity of mental diseases caused by noise.更多还原
