【摘要】 目的　探索从富铬酵母中提取葡萄糖耐量因子 (GTF)的方法 ,分析提取液中氨基酸含量。方法　应用萃取和超滤的方法从富铬酵母中提取富铬酵母液 ,使用氨基酸自动分析仪检测提取液中氨基酸含量。结果　提取液中含有丰富的蛋白和氨基酸 ,其中被认为构成葡萄糖耐量因子的谷氨酸、胱氨酸与甘氨酸的含量均较高 ,分别为3878,6 70与 4 2 4mg/L。 结论　应用超滤的方法提取的提取液中含有丰富组成GTF成分的氨基酸。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study method of GTF abstracted from chromium-rich brewer’s yeast,determine content of amino acid in abstract.Methods Extraction and ultrafilitraction were used to obtain abstact from chromium-rich brewer’s yeast.Results Many kinds of amino acids were determined in abstract.Content of glutamine,glycine and cystine was high(3 878,670,and 424 mg/L)。Conclusion Concentration abstrated by eutraction and ultrafitration contained lots of amino acids which were the content of GTF.更多还原
