【摘要】 目的　通过对医护人员了解医院暴力知识的现况调查 ,为今后医疗卫生工作场所预防暴力事件的发生提供依据。方法　以整群抽样的方法选取 50 5名医务工作者作为调查对象 ,采用统一的调查问卷进行调查。结果　医务人员对医院暴力的知识有一定程度的了解 ,但全面性较差 ,仅 3 6 4%医务人员对医院暴力的全部内容回答正确。在医院暴力的发生原因方面 ,认为“传媒的负面导向”、“医患关系紧张”、“患者的文化素质低”以及“医疗事故”等为主要原因。结论　积极开展正确的宣传教育 ,改善医患关系 ,提高医疗卫生服务的质量 ,预防医院暴力事件的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveA cross-sectional study for the knowledge of vi olence in hospital among doctors and nurses was conducted in order to provided t he basis for prevention in the future. Methods505 hospital workers were investigated with unifo rm questionnaire by cluster sampling.ResultsThe study showed that the hospital workers knew s omething about the knowledge of hospital violence,but the general was low,only 3 6.4% subjects’ answers were right.The following were dlought as main risk factor s,such as the wrong induction of media,incoordination between doctor and patient ,low Disposition of patients,and the malpractice.ConclusionIn order to prevent it occurring,we should dev elop the right education,improving the relation between doctor and patient,risin g the quality of health service.更多还原
